“Was expecting something very different like the hair they actually advertise its has pieces of black plastic in it which means not 100% human hair as well gets matted all the time and I'm not just talking about a bit like all the time. Would like my money back on the lies being told”
“It is the only site that I have had the biggest problems with delivery . when I placed the order delivery time was 15 days ,after sending a lot of emails they tell me that international delivery may take 8 weeks . I received this information 3 weeks after I make thr order. From 06/27/2016 at least no one can tell me where is the command . I'm very sorry that I ordered from them ... if I knew when I paid that usually lasts so far I would not ordered anything. lack of professionalism ... write on one site and another is reality !! Today I have The same status of delivery...they dont know .”
“Coloring was not as pictures showed online and I also found it quite difficult to find photos on your website of the different shades of blonde. Had to have them custom colored. Great quality though”
