“Not happy with the color, it was extremely yellow and tangled up as soon as I took them out of the package. I had to have them by a certain time so couldn't exchange for another color, will have to have my stylist tone and match them for a couple more hundred. Not worth it.”
“Overall am happy with the purchase, but they are NOT Ash blonde. They came very golden. Couple washes with purple shampoo and they're perfect now. Also, they tangle very easily and compared to many other brands of extensions I've used, they shed a lot. They are however extra thick, and quite soft.”
“I first ordered extensions in the wrong color so I shipped them back and had ordered and express shipped my new order for Saturday wedding. I got them Friday but the wrong color was sent to me (I ordered dirty blonde and received ash brown) after speaking to IRIS on the phone she shipped out my extensions that day and over nighted them to me so I received them just in time.
