“Honestly, I have never been so disappointed and ripped off by a company before. The extensions I ordered were supposed to be cool tones and the extensions I got are extremely orange. I worked so hard to be able to try your product and while I've heard amazing reviews from everyone else I can't seem to figure out what went wrong. I'm usually not the complaining type, and would never post a bad review. However, when you receive a product and it's not at all what is described in the website and even in your color matching videos!!! I just think it's kind of crappy I spent $230 on extensions that are breaking off at the clips and so thin at the ends. I don't know what happened but I will never ever spend that much money on your products again. I don't care what celebrities you get to bs about this product, I have enough followers on Twitter and Instagram to post my own opinion about the product! This time the truth.”

I've not been impressed with the hair I received. The quality was not up to par with other companies and even other hair colors sold by Bellami. I purchased the 220g 22" Ash Blonde hair and the whole set was thin. Their customer service was decent, but they didn't do anything about the thinness of the hair, even after I sent it back. Both my stylist and my friend who has bought extensions from Bellami before, agreed the set was thin. I have purchased extensions from other companies and will not be purchasing from Bellami again. I did like the color of the hair.”
“They're very beautiful, definitely thick, and very soft. I don't usually write reviews for product but I've ordered many pairs of extensions online before and finally took the plunge and bought some Bellami hair! The color is beautiful the ash blonde has a slight yellow color to it which I'll be toning them later today to get rid of. The only thing I didn't like was that they had a very plastic smell to them and I noticed some of the strands when I took my straightener to it shriveled up like synthetic hair does when you put hot tools towards them. I'm hoping I paid top dollar for quality hair! it hasn't happened since and they've been holding up nicely but then again I've only had them for a couple of weeks so it's hard to give an honest review.”
