“I had read so many fantastic reviews about these extensions but I was underwhelmed when I received them. The colour was off (fair enough) not as off as the bangs I got in the same order and colour, but not my definition of ash blonde. The package wasn't cute like everyone reviewed on. I wasn't aware I had to buy a hanger as I was under the impression this was a signature gift with bellami extensions. Anyway, I didn't get one. I haven't even worn them yet and they already look ratty at the ends and I don't know why. The clips look decent and the weight is good as well as the thickness. I'm still a little disappointed as the Australian dollar is weak against the USD so roughly paid an extra 80 Aud because of the cult like following. I waited 4/5 weeks for them because it would have been nearly 90 dollars more to get them quicker. A suggestion would be to look at express postage options that aren't so expensive. Especially when it's a tiny parcel. I probably won't buy again unfortunately. I think not receiving the hanger and cute package was the tipping point.”
