“Love the color. Love the thickness of the hair. The clips are good quality and more comfortable then most. The only negative comment I have is that the ends are slightly "fried " i just recieved them but don't feel like I can wear then straight due to the ends being coarse and uneven looking.”

“After my order was messed up twice and not received until a month later and talking to customer service on a daily basis(very unprofessional),the extensions were a very golden toned blonde. I am a true ash blonde. So this caused disappointment. All extensions have shedding, that's normal. But these shed EXCESSIVELY, in handfuls of chunks. They tangle very easily and seemed very artificial. I had to take them to my salon and cut them to about 14 inches and get them blended correctly. Now that I've gotten them fixed, they're better. (After getting them bleached and toned to an actual ash blonde) Overall, they are okay. Not amazing, but soft and thick as I wanted. That's about it.”
