“My Bellami hair is beautiful. Color matches exactly. The one thing I was disappointed about, is that it arrives with no instruction at all as far as how to put in the extensions. As a first time user, this was challenging. I had to take them to a hair salon and be shown how to use them.”
“After chatting with a onstulatnt, I ordered the 20" 160g Balayage in #4/#18. I was excited when they arrived but soon disappointed. The quality is great, the color is so-so, but works because of so much variation, but not nearly enough hair. I'd told to consultant that i had thin hair, but a lot of it and ordered what she suggested. I've reached out to the Company again and customer service is lacking. I was pretty much told to buy a second set, which I will not be doing. Waste of money.”
