“I ordered the balayage extensions because based on the picture they provide (not a very good one) I believed that with the length of my hair it would suit me. I got my extensions and it turns out my hair was too short (collar bone length) for the extensions. The brown part of the balayage was way too long and did not match. I was extremely disappointed because I was going by the picture they provided which did not have great lighting. Also, I reached out to a representative through the chat and never got a response. So in my closet I now have extensions that I paid a lot of money for that I can't even wear. Not impressed.”
“I have tried to get an address to return the hair and no one is willing to provide an address. I was out of town an unable to take a picture to prove the security seal was never opened. The package was ready to ship by my boyfriend but they never send me the address. Awful customer service”
“I ordered a paid of extensions based off of a picture that Bellami uploaded to their Instagram. Unfortunately when I received the extensions, the true color of them was nothing like what was pictured. I was very upset with that”
“I have bought 20 inch black extensions from a Bellami before but they were a lot thicker than these balayage ones I purchased, so that was a bit of a disappointment. I had to sell them and buy the 22 inch ones which were perfect. Even though the 20 inch were thin, they were a perfectly blended balayage color! I love my Bellami's!”
