First of all, my extensions were on back order. Couple of weeks I understand but this wait as over a month. Multiple emails back and forth and they allowed for overnight shipping after 3-5 days in processing. Finally received the extensions today and they just are what I was expecting. I do have shorter hair and though 160g would be enough especially after paying almost $250. The hair is thin and bland and definitely not enough for my head. Not impressed at all. I'm super disscouraged after being so excited for them. The color is great though.

The back order situation of the popular balayage shade was over a month long the first time I ordered and sent several emails for updates. The enticing gift with purchase ($249 extensions+ free hanger/bag+curling wand) wand was out of stock so blow-dryer was sent- was disappointed because I then had to buy the hanger/bag separately which cost more money for the next order I had to place for the thicker extensions $299+$19.99+$12.50+tax. To return 1st order cost me $12.50+$28.95= $41.45 just for shipping and still no product! Re-ordered same shade in 220 grams for another $50 ($299) , still on back order and no confirmation email to check status (April 21st was supposed to begin shipping orders). I had several occasions I needed the extensions for- this entire process started mid February I asked if they would at least offer rush shipping to get the products to the consumer quickly because of being on back order for so long- that was a no! On the positive side, the shade of extensions were perfect match! The girls In customer service were quick to answer my emails, but could not offer anything to satisfy the inconveniences displayed by the bellami company- not their fault.

Arrived in a nice sealed box including the brush for same. Very nice quality, but the hair color was much darker than what was pictured so I had to return.

I’ve only had my bellman extensions for 2 months and worn them a handful on times but they are already dry, falling apart the clips have fallen off of two of the tracks! I thought they would have lasted longer for the amount of money i spent on them. I am very disappointed in them.

I love these extensions! My actual hair is a little lighter but it still blends in pretty nicely, especially when curled. Amazing quality

When I first received the extensions, they were in mint condition, so silky and soft. The only thing which is obviously my mistake was the prices, I'm from Canada and on the site it was US prices so when the package arrived at my house it costed around an extra $60 but that's my fault cause I honestly just didn't think it through. Anyways, beautiful hair extensions!! I have had ombré for such a long time and I usually just get blonde 18" extensions to make my hair look lighter, fuller and longer and the Bellami hair extensions look beautiful!! The clips are comfortable too, I don't really have much more to say other than you truly get what you pay for. I was hesitant to buy these because of reviews but honestly any hair extensions are going to look "ratty" after a while without proper care/tons of heat used, I've been wearing extensions for around 2 years now and in total I've probably spent over $1,200 because when the heat damages them/you wash the extensions they lose their volume/length and fullness!! It happens with every set of extensions you will probably ever purchase, no matter how expensive they are, without proper care they are obviously bound to look ratty and not the same as when you purchased them! Any reviews of extensions online are literally just a reflection on how that person takes care of the extensions! I would recommend using heat protecting products and only wash your extensions when you absolutely have to, and when you do only use a deep conditioner to keep them soft and full! Overall, I really recommend these, I think the colour is beautiful and also they come with a shit ton of pieces so you're getting your money's worth! Also it comes with a hairbrush specifically for the hair, it's small but works amazing and it's perfect for keeping in your purse or clutch its so convenient!

I have purchased 3 sets of exensions from Bellami. The first the Burciaga blends which were amazing and lasted forever. Next, after I died my hair dark, I ordered the regular ash brown extensions. I used the first two for about a year each and they lasted, the clips held up and didn't get ratty for a long time. Meanwhile, the last Guy Tang set I purchased, I had for ONE MONTH. I store them properly and try to keep them detangled and in good shape. The clip on the 3 piece one BROKE within a month.. Secondly, they are all ready looking ratty and crappy. Not so pleased with this round of extensions and will probably look elsewhere next time I purchase. I was a huge fan of these and I'm so sad they are ratty and not good quality like the other sets I purchased prior.
