“Great hair texture but the hair color on the website doesn't seem to be the color I received. Great customer service online and in store. I took the hair back to the actual store BUT they could not match my color. Very disappointed to say the least.

“I have darker brown root color and ash blonde ends and this set of extensions matches best! I tried two other companies for extensions but the tone was too different. I feel that Bellami has the best quality in hair extensions. I have thick hair and Bellami extensions always blends well with my hair. I’ve tried cheaper extensions which ended up being very thin & cheap looking! You get what you pay for in extensions. I keep trying other companies but they always disappoint me in quality of the hair extensions so I keep coming back to Bellami. I like the ranges of hair at Bellami from synthetic to human hair: I tried a synthetic ponytail & all my coworkers thought it was my real hair! So fun to add length & volume with Bellami extensions! I have to either braid or curl my extensions to blend because I have a blunt cut lob.”

WHAT THE HECK HAPPENED TO YOUR PRODUCTS!?
I just got my set in yesterday and washed them because they smelled funny and were abnormally shiny compared to the past sets I have purchased. The water turned murky brown and hair started shedding
I used sulfate free shampoo and conditioner gently.
I laid them out to dry and brushed them and nearly 50% of the hair came out.
I guess bellami is using synthetic hair now? Because no other hair I have ever used in the past 9 years has done this!

I battled email with Bellami and they refuse to help in anyway.
They stole from me. And I will do everything in my power to keep other people from ordering this garbage
