“I never received my package that I ordered TWO MONTHS ago. The carrier cannot locate my package to this day and Bellami basically told me “not their problem”. I practically begged because these were purchased for my WEDDING. And they agreed to re-ship with express shipping as a final sale (fine) I paid for the shipping, again and never heard from them. Finally called and they stated they are now backorder and don’t know when they’ll be in stock.
Absolute horrible, horrible service and I was out of luck for my wedding. Thanks.....”
“My expierence with Bellami has been the worst. Manager is really rude and is so unprofessional every order that I placed had issues.She had a tendency of talking about other employees over the phone. Probably never gonna order from here again . Would appreciate if someone other than her would call me to discuss my issues because she found everything funny during this serious matter. I spoke to Lorena Mary & Stephanie probably the worst expierence I’ve ever had by far. Extensions are starting to stick to each other on the first wear. After paying almost $300 Canadian for each pair not worth the headache.”
“The color of the hair looked different from the pictures when I ordered online did not like how the hair was blended has to take them to my hair stylist to fix the color and blend them better. Also the hanger broke within a week.”
