“I’m so disappointed I spent so much money on these extensions. First— it was nothing like the picture. The cool brown is a dark brown and the blonde was a strawberry blonde. Then, instead of it looking like balayage, it was ombré! Only had blonde tips— most of the hair was brown! I had to change my own hair color to fit these extensions because I already opened the package. (The tester wasn’t helpful because it was a tiny piece). It’s been 2 weeks and my extensions are shedding massive amounts of hair. It sheds as much as the ones I bought from amazon a few years ago. I came to Bellami for quality hair extensions and paid the price for them and I shouldn’t have.”
“I’m not one to leave negative comments but these extensions have completely made me so upset. For the cost and them to be 100% human hair they literally burn and stick to my curling wand on the LOWEST SETTING. It upsets me so much that I paid this much for extensions just to be this disappointed when I was so excited to receive them. I have a blunt haircut and ordered the 220grams so they’d blend I even cut my to and died my hair to match. They don’t blend as much as I try. So now here I am making payments on extensions I absolutely hate, Ive tried everything from cutting them, cutting my hair, dying my hair, even washing these extensions so the brassy would come out (which it did along with dark hair dye from the brown staining my towel there was so much). Point aside I’m very disappointed I was going to return them for a different color and decided to just make them work, I wish I would of just returned them all together and not even bothered. I feel these hair extensions are such poor quality. The texture of the hair was awful and like being said before they should melt to my curling iron if they’re real especially on the lowest heat setting.... if you’re in the market for some new extensions don’t waste your time.”
“Very disappointed, hair was different colour to picture and description. It said it was cool light brown and it was so warm it was almost ginger. Also hair sheds massively. For this kind of money I would expect a lot more. Did not return as had to pay huge amount of custom charges as live in the UK. That’s my money down the drain. Should of got it from eBay for a fraction of the price and same quality!”
“I’m very disappointed being a long time customer with Bellami. They are the only extension line i ordered from. I was really excited for my birthday get away and my new extensions. Made an appointment to get my hair matched to my extensions. Did a color consultation with my hairstylist, for what it says above a nice cool brown. Once I received my extensions I noticed that it was nowhere near a “cool” brown. It was more greenish mossy color brown, it looks like if the extensions were previously blonde and a brown not properly covered over it to make it look they it does. My hairstylist says it looks like a level 6N applied onto a level 10 and that they went swimming and the chlorine affected it. Just highlight disappointed because now I have to pay more money to color the extensions to match the brown that is nowhere near close to the image online. Or the model example you used. I know it’s different online but this color is totally different or nowhere near the brown you tried to advertise. HIGHLY UPSET!!!!!!!”
