“This was my second exchange and I chose the color I was advised to pick. The test strip matched so i decided to keep it. Once I opened the rest of the package the hair did not match the test strip, it was more reddish and has less blond pieces. I chose not to exchange again as I would have to pay for another shipping. It was a total mess, I will not be purchasing from them again.”

I have been purchasing Bellami Hair Extensions for the past 4 years and have always been amazed at their excellent quality but this set has left me extremely disappointed. “I accidentally bought 22”. Biggest regret. The hair looks like it has bleach damage, it is very thin hair and the 22” are way way too long. If you cut them, you will lose a lot of the pretty blonde end. Finally, the color is more of a dark chocolate brown with blond. It’s not light. There are filters. Stick with Khaleesi if you have thick hair. Otherwise, you will need two packs for this hair. Not worth it at all.”
“This hair is not a mix of two cool colours at all! Way too warm for my hair - see pics. Both the brown and blonde are warm colours. In the silk seam range colour 17 is advertised as warm brown so why is it advertised as cool brown also? At $500 aud I expected much much better. Absolute rip off and will be doing a credit card charge back as their return policies don’t allow you to return hair that has been taken out of the packet (which you need to do to see the true colour)”
