The company stated that the item was on back order and would ship Dec 10. It is now Dec 19 and I still have not received shipping confirmation. I placed my order in early Nov”

“I LOVE THIS WIG, I have purple hair and was told when I got promoted that it “had to go” but this wig helped me save my hair from tons of damage trying to go back to the blonde that it was before. It looks awesome and I get compliments all the time. My only complaint is that it gets very knotty quickly, but honestly I feel like that’s my fault”
“I understand it's the holidays, but it seems like Bellami didn't know how to prepare for the orders. I ordered my wig in mid November and received my confirmation email saying that I'd get the shipment confirmation within a few days. It's a month later and I still haven't received a shipment confirmation email. I did reach out to customer service and they said their shipments were delayed due to order volume. That tells me they were super unprepared if shipment has been delayed for so long”
“Had to cancel my order. When I ordered it was not showing as back ordered. No updates were given that it was on back order, waited almost a month before emailing to find out it was on back order, so I had to cancel since I was moving and wouldn’t have the same address(I don’t know the exact move date yet so I couldn’t just update). I just thought they could’ve updated the status of orders better.”
