“The wig is amazing I love it so much. I just wasn't impressed with the website. I order the Ragan wig from the glam and gore x bellami collection. At the time of purchase it said it was still in stock but in reality it wasn't. Kind of upsetting but the quality and the friendlyness of the customer service was great. So in all fairness it would be a 5 star review for the wig and customer service but the website itself could use some tweaks.”
“I only 4 stared this because I don’t want it to come back bad in Mykie. I’m sure that this wig is the amazing quality that she intended it to be, but I wouldn’t know because I still haven’t gotten it. When I ordered Regan, on November 16th, it was because it was the only one NOT on back order yet. It was only a few days later that the website said Regan was , would be restocked on the 7th, and ship on the 10th. I assumed that it didn’t apply to me, since I placed my order before that. It has now been a month, and it still hasn’t been shipped at all. I am super disappointed and unhappy with Bellami right now, after I finally get my order, I will probably not be ordering from Bellami again. Sorry Mykie”
“Well, I would love to say that I love the wig I purchased ... but it’s been a month since I ordered it and still haven’t received it. So I really can’t. I spent $21 on 2-3 day shipping and been waiting weeks for the email saying that it’s been shipped. Still nothing.”
