I love that the lace is super light colored, I love the clip placement and adjustable straps. Price point was perfect, would buy again in a heartbeat when Mykie has another line! “I was one of the very lucky, VERY few that got this wig. Or so I thought... I received the confirmation email immediately, then the money was taken out of my account the next day. It was happening. I was sooooo excited to get this wig for Halloween. Or.... So. I. Thought..
5 days pass, and suddenly I get an email saying the wig is on backorder, and they'll send it out as soon as they get more in stock. But they were going to hold onto my money. I asked why I was JUST being informed of this five days after getting the confirmation email AND having my money taken out. I got a generic response in return, ensuring me I'd be one of the very first to have the wig sent out when they got more. I said no, I'd rather have a refund. They said it'll be 2-3 days.
FIFTEEN DAYS LATER I still haven't been given my money back. I sent another email. Nothing for two days. So I requested PayPal to help me out. The next day Bellami sent me another email saying it'll be 2-3 days. 2 days later, I finally got my money back.
Bellami did a terrible job when it came to understanding Mykie's popularity, and didn't have NEARLY enough wigs to even satiate a fraction of the fan-base. But they did an even worse job with their customer service. If I had been one of the vast majority to not get the wig "in time", that would have been fine. I would get it when I could, they look beautiful. But the *family friendly word here* I had to deal with turned me off from purchasing from Bellami indefinitely.”

“It's my very first wig and I'm not disappointed! After Curtin the lave and customise it to my fit it was perfect! I love how well packed the wigs are and for the price I'm really happy. The hair feels nice, there is a good amount of hair and it's not super heavy. It does not look cheap and had compliments about it all night! Looking forward into getting the other two of this series as soon as they are available. Also had a very nice experience with customer service.
