“How am I supposed to write a review on something I never got?? I never got a tracking number or even an email that it shipped. Kind of disappointing since it was an item that would ship within 48 hours of ordering. This has been over a month now. And yes, I checked my junk folder. I paid with this through Amazon and I am currently having them review this and give me a refund as others have also reviewed they’ve had this same experience. What a shame.”

“The wig is beautiful! I love everything about it visually, but it does not fit me. I have a lot of hair and I usually can't even fit into a baseball cap. The wig does not cover the sides of my head. If I pull the wig hair up on the side, my real hair is all exposed. It also does not come down to the nape of my neck. It's like a bowl sitting on my head for lack of a better description. I have it at the largest setting too. I am brand new to wigs, but the other one I have does not have the issue I am having. I will keep working with it, but if you have a big ol' head, keep in mind it may be too small.”
“My experience with Bellami hair was tragic. I will never order from them again. They backorder and cancel orders without letting the customer know. And I was on hold for an hour trying to get ahold of customer service. They were not helpful. Save your money and never order from them.”
