I hope this message finds you well. I’m writing to express my disappointment with a recent order I placed for clip-in hair extensions and a volume weft. I’ve been a loyal Bellami customer for years and have always been impressed with the quality of your products, which is why I was surprised and quite disappointed with this particular purchase.
After washing the clip-in extensions for the first time, the hair became extremely frizzy and unmanageable, which is a stark contrast to the smooth, high-quality finish they had when I received them. In addition, a significant amount of dye rinsed out during the wash, resulting in a noticeable change in the colour and luster of the hair.
I also ordered a volume weft for someone else, and unfortunately, it did not come with a colour test strand. This made it very difficult to determine whether the colour would match. In my past orders, I’ve always received a test strand, and it was quite helpful in ensuring the correct match. As a result, the weft did not match the intended recipient’s hair, and it was a frustrating oversight given the premium price.
While I understand your return policy may require unused items, I want to be transparent and share that I’ve had to use the extensions for a special event, which is why returning them is not an option. However, due to the disappointing quality and the issues mentioned above, I kindly request a partial refund to reflect the subpar experience.
I have always trusted Bellami for top-tier hair extensions, and I truly hope this is an isolated incident. I would appreciate your understanding and assistance in resolving this matter.
