“My intentions were to have my new hair extensions before Christmas. This would be my second time ordering from you guys. The first time I ordered it came so fast I was surprised. Now I’m receiving a text from you guys saying you guys are doing free two day shipping when I haven’t even received my hair. I am so disappointed and I can’t believe this is happening right now. I have hair loss and this is very depressing.”
“I sent photos to customer service of the damaged box and void sticker and they insisted that this was not their mistake and that it got damaged in transit. In reality the shipping box was just fine with no damage so this product was shipped from Bellami in this open/damaged state. The only solution i was offered was to return it and that they would ship a new one out. Under normal circumstances this would have been acceptable but I informed customer service that i am 9 months pregnant and prefer not to have to run around and would be willing to risk keeping the opened/damaged box if they could give me some kind of discount for keeping an opened/damaged product but they did not agree. Overall, I’d say this company is terrible to deal with and makes no exceptions even when it is clearly their mistake.”
“I love it, it's very good quality, the only drawback is the amount of hair, it has very little hair, I couldn't use it because I needed 2 lines, even though I have little hair, I couldn't use it because I needed it to look natural. .”
