“I like the new silk seam option because it’s a bit more comfortable when wearing but when I decided to curl these extensions some parts of the hair melted. It left a plastic film on my straightener/curler. Upon contacting customer service all they told me was that I needed to wash them in order for the hair to not melt when using heat because apparently they used some type of chemical that needs to washed off over time. Not purchasing hair extensions from them ever again, it seems as if they’re using partially synthetic hair and partially real hair, but for the price they’re selling these extensions for I was really expecting better quality.”
“I would like to rate my product a 5. I loved my hair I purchased. However, my free pony I was not happy with at all. It was way too hard to use and the color did not match. But other then what I purchased the hair was amazing.”

“So soft, perfect color match, easy to clip in and wear! I’m not sure how others melted their hair like you sometimes see on the Internet, I have no issues curling the hair…. Of course on my natural hair I also use low-med heat. I bought 1 set then another for super full look and it is so worth the investment!”
