The main issue is that it is a compilation without an index and this makes it very difficult to refer to once you have read it the first time. The contents pages are not an alternative. Needs more information on the acceptable PSA values against age and BPH as some of the concerns in customer emails can be discounted completely. The sexual side effects of Finasteride need more prominence.”
