So I didn't immediately open the three tiny "taster" jars that my daughters brought back from their holiday trip to Hawaii. When I did, however, I experienced what can only be compared to a big "o"--only with food! WOW. It tastes like no honey that I've ever tried before. It's better, more delicate, or subtle and certainly way more delicious. I would move to the Big Island just to eat the honey. But, fortunately (unfortunately?) I don't have to!
