“Major Flaws: 1) Shows resting heart rate at 40. I am not an athlete. This would be a concern with Bradycardia. 2) Does NOT measure heart rate in real time 3) does not automatically start with exercise or note exercise 4) Restocking Fee upon return 5) Customer service only through email/ chat where things are easily misunderstood 6) Sleep times are inconsistent”

“The unit itself is great and seems accurate. I think that you are 0 for 2 on the strap. I'm 72 and getting it on my wrist is way too hard. Fitbit uses very old wristwatch technology and is a simple on and off. However, the strap is secure. I would say that your connectivity via bluetooth is not very good, but there may be some issues with my phone a new Samsung Galaxy 9. Too often I get put back to a join/login screen which is aggravating and inconvenient.”

“Its a great tool, measuring HRV and quality of sleep will have great health benefits but beware it comes with a very poor strap. It just does not stay on. Or you can spend $30 more for the strap that it is supposed to have. I have been called back by someone after leaving the train station because the kind lady picked up my biostrap and called after me saying: "Hi dear, here is your Fitbit otherwise you would not know how far you have walked today." If only she knew it does so much more! Unfortunately, it has come undone again before I fitted my newly ordered strap 2 and it is now lost. So no more Biostrap for me. It would have been great if it could also link with your phone to show messages from your phone just like the Fitbit does. Beware it may be an expensive investment. It also worries me that there are only 9 reviews by now. Biostrap - please respond to this message. Kind regards Pieter Claassen”

Does not accurately read SPO2 levels but was used by the University of Utah to correlate hypoxia? You sell the device with the impression given that it can provide biometrics but obscure the fact that you are being sold snake oil. The device does not work as advertised and you will be told that if you ever have any problems with it.”

“So I purchased the Biostrap to help monitor sleep (and hopefully enable improvement). Reasonably happy with results to date. My only issue tends to be with the strap which seems to undo itself often leaving the biostrap falling to the floor. IIt has even come off during the night. Other than that I have high hopes of what it will help me achieve”
