The review is not looking good– It has been over three weeks of constantly going back-and-forth and I’ve been telling you that two of the bands that I have are defective. They are not really in my sleep or any of the other functions compared to my first band that I lost

Absolutely a waste of money Does not sync data. Sent it back for nee product... received one and it doesnt work either and the company basically said too bad... no refund because you are outside the window. They will not extend the window based on the new product goven to me. Do not waste your money.

I really love the new strap. It's much easier to put on, more comfortable and more secure.

I have used Biostrap for my HRV analysis so much better than other things I have tried. It shows great data and the graphs are awesome. Also the strap is very comfortable to wear. Love it thanks so much..

Although the concept is great for being able to track an exercise using the Biostrap and foot sensor it was entirely inaccurate...if an exercise was performed that wasn’t already trained and was remotely similar to an already trained exercise then it would be marked as performed for that already trained exercise. Also had a difficult time with reps, sometimes off by as many as 5. You guys should look into allowing the app to show what exercise it thinks you are doing along with how many reps it thinks you performed and then be able to edit that during the same time you are editing lbs. Also if an exercise hasn’t been trained but is performed during a routine once completed it can say untrained movement or something to that nature. I love all of the other metrics and believed they were quite accurate but the main reason for my purchase was the workout tracking. I hope you guys will continue to evaluate feedback and make changes. I will be a customer again!

I like BioStrap's data collection and automated analysis (although sometimes it is contradictory), but it requires a lot of its user. Data has to be manually synced, sometimes a very slow process, and if you are in a situation where internet access is poor or not available, good luck! It appears everything is done on BioStrap's servers and the phone app is simply a data viewer. This is a shortcoming and makes the whole process much less useful and far less accessible than it could be. I am hopeful that as the product matures, the use process will become more seamless. Additionally, if you are wearing an Apple Watch, or use another device to measure and record activity, be aware that it may all be going into the Health app and doubling/tripling your actual data. BioStrap appears to only write to the Health app and not read from the Health app so it won't register activity recorded with Strava or another app, and it will duplicate data if you aren't careful what data sources you use. BioStrap has potential, but the software side of things falls short. Oh. And the strap itself isn't very secure. Careful to not lose the device when you accidentally unbuckle the friction clasp!

I’ve had the Biostrap for a couple weeks and twice it’s disconnected from my WiFi, I try all day to get it reconnected - no glory! I actually was going thru my email so I could find the phone number to CS and found this! So there you have it. I’m returning this, it really doesn’t do anything a Fitbit can’t do. And Fitbit never gets disconnected.
