“More than half the delivery of briquettes could not be removed from the cardboard boxes due to swelling due to dampness and briquettes fell apart after removal. Not sure what they are made from but the odour where we have them stored is awful, they certainly do not burn as advertised and the black smut from the stove chimney is awful, never had this issue before. Will never purchase again. Avoid. Rubbish Rubbish Rubbish.”
