“I needed replacement bases for my 2 feeders. Last season I ordered new ones but they were faulty. After speaking the with Customer Service manager (I can't find my email with her name) and explaining how I ordered new bases last year and the problems I had, she said the person I spoke with then was no longer with the company. Her goal is to correct the problems I had and keep me as a customer. Mission accomplished!! I received new replacement bases which fit perfectly. I am ready for my little hummers to come for their summer visit. Thank you for the outstanding service, I will be back the next time I need something!”

“I love your feeders. The only problem I had was you no longer give the option to buy the 10 oz glass bottle tops feeders. I am in an area I don't have large numbers of hummers. I plant their favorite flowers and hang 2 small feeders. I wash and refill every 3-4 days when the weather is warmer and every 2-3 days when it gets really hot. Your small feeders are perfect for me. I wanted to buy 2 new feeders so I had spare bottles in case I broke one, but they were unavailable on your site or Amazon. I hope you reconsider and get those back in stock. My 8-10 hummers and I would be grateful.”
