“I was a bit apprehensive about purchasing this item as I wasn't sure that the birds would visit the feeder - seeing as they're already very skittish about anything new. However, I loaded the tray with bird seed and the first bird jumped into the feeder within 30 minutes. Now, I've seen as many as eight birds (small ones, mind you) chowing down from the feeder while another dozen squabble over who's going to be next to get in. It's quite the entertaining show.”

“I purchased this feeder for my mom and it's perfect. The birds where she lives prefer a platform feeder but I couldn't find one that was small like this feeder. They were all so huge. Luckily, the roof of this feeder could be removed to create an open platform feeder. I left the metal sides that held up the roof in place as perches for the birds and they love it.”
“We like the unobstructed view of all the birds coming to the feeder. Because of the roof, the seed stays dry even when it rains, and the birds continue to feed there.”
