“The biscuit came in a decorative gift box, though the address label was stuck down on the box. Therefore, the box was damaged by the time I had peeled of the address label to give to my work colleague as a retirement gift. It would be beneficial if the box had a sleeve around it for the label to be stuck on to prevent this in the future. Notwithstanding, the biscuit was delivered on schedule and the little note inside was a nice touch.”
