“Lovely biscuit, the design, taste and packaging all great. However, I ordered this last Tuesday, as a fathers day gift for my husband (his first fathers day). It stated online when I ordered it that delivery would take 2-3 days, so, due to arrive Thursday/Friday at the latest.
It never turned up.
I emailed to feed this back and find out what had happened. I did get a response but it was regarding someone else delivery. I replied on Monday to say that it had finally arrived on Monday, but sadly this was obviously too late for the occasion. I have not heard back since.
An acknowlagement of the situation at least would have been appreciated.
Such a shame as it's a lovely brand and concept but the delivery service let's down the product. No matter how good the product is, it's waisted if it doesn't get delivered in time for special occasions.
