“Sweet biscuit but not delivered on time for special anniversary. In fact, I think it was forgotten to be despatched as had to email to ask if it had been sent a few days after it was supposed to have been delivered and the next email I received said it had just been despatched. I know it is busy at Christmas and with Covid troubles but very disappointed. Probably more disappointed as first email from customer services didn’t apologise. This has happened before. It was ordered well in advance and I used to be a loyal customer.”

“This was an anniversary gift in December which sadly didn’t arrive until 3 days late- I ordered it 6 weeks in advance
I was advised I should have paid extra for the premium delivery service but this was so expensive I could afford it.
Lovely gift when it arrived but sadly little point when it was late
Won’t order again”

“So disappointed this time round. I have had nothing but praise with the many orders I have placed all year but this one ordered in plenty of time for a specific event last Thursday has still not arrived today - Tuesday. The moment has passed & the sentiment lost.
An order 2 weeks ago was delivered late by 2 days too.
The quality of the biscuits are superb and I have no issue with the fantastic range available but feel very let down by the delivery service this time. And yes, I have allowed for the demands on the Royal Mail as warned on the website!!”
