“I sent this to my eldest son at uni as was his first Valentine’s Day away from home (not that he was bothered, too busy enjoying/ working hard) it was obviously well received as got a text that said “ yum” as long as he knew he was loved and well fed, happy mummy ❤️”
“The service was amazing. Received the biscuit exactly on time. HOWEVER, the biscuit did not taste great at all. I hate giving bad reviews, but for the size of the biscuit (quite small) and the price (£9, £12.95 with delivery), the biscuit was inedible, stale, and really not good. Which was extremely disappointing.”

We do try to make it clear at checkout and on customer's order confirmation emails that with our Royal Mail delivery service 95% of deliveries will be made on your chosen date (Mon-Sat excluding Bank Holidays), the remaining 5% will be delivered the following day. We do offer a courier nominated day delivery service which is guaranteed if you did need your order delivered on a specific date. We're so sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused you.
