What is the point of you sending emails out to encourage us to order early, for what is a very busy time. Mum has been on her own for nearly a year, due to pandemic. These little things keep her spirits up.
I appreciate that once biscuits have left you, delivery is in hands of the carrier. Do you not think that you should investigate this or change your carrier. The biscuits are fab so I am prepared to pay as they are not cheap. So I think theleast you should do is make sure they are delivered on time.
