A bit about our vanilla biscuits
Our biscuits are our own unique recipe, based upon a traditional twice baked English style biscuits. Its texture is somwhere between the snap of a gingerbread and the crumble of a shortbread. Our vanilla bake uses delicious Madagascan vanilla to give a warm, sweet taste.

“I ordered the biscuit over a week in advance of Valentine’s Day and specified for it to arrive the day before - 13th Feb. It still did not arrive until the 15th Feb- the day after Valentine’s Day so completely pointless. I contacted Biscuiteers to express my extreme disappointment and was basically told I should have paid an extortionate amount for premium postage despite already paying over £13 for one biscuit. The website did not make it clear that my biscuit was not likely to arrive on the day it asked me to specify (what was the point of even asking me to specify a date) so I feel I was misled. I would not recommend this company unless you like to be severely disappointed.”

Hey Caroline, I'm so sorry for the delay in delivery from royal mail! Unfortunately Royal Mail are experiencing a high amount of parcels that they are having to deliver and pass through the system and are working with reduced staffing, which is causing a few delays. “The packaging alone is just so beautiful and then you unwrap it for a very special biscuit, it just gets better. My daughter bought me one ages ago and I just can't bring myself to eat it as it is so lovely. The ones that I bought as gifts were greatly appreciated and very yummy.”
