“Given the cost of biscuitseers I expected this biscuit to be exceptional but was sorely disappointed. The delivery was late and my biscuit was stale and the icing had simply crumbled off. I would never buy this as a gift for anyone which is what the company seems to be aiming their products at. It would be a complete rip off!
I emailed the company telling the that the biscuit was stale so wasn’t able to get a true taste for it and they just apologised but didn’t seem overly concerned about leaving me with a good impression so maybe they’re aware that their biscuits simply aren’t that good”
“I was offered a new trial and not bad as handcrafted ideas go, after checking out prices a bit expensive, even if it's handmade. Got some good nice well presented unique ideas, but I would check out other luxury / handmade biscuits first, to see what else is about. My order was placed on a Thursday morning and it turned up quickest than expected. It was wrapped up in a nicely presented box and not damaged. Amazing for something so brittle to be delivered via the post. The taste unique product was lush, their was no 'soggy bottom'! Personally only negativity I find is the price list. If you made the products a lot cheaper, I would become a regular customer. However, with a squeeze on incomes I probably won't be back for a good while sorry. Thanks for your unique biscuit through I did love it a lot.”
