A bit about our chocolate biscuits
Our biscuits are our own unique recipe, based upon a traditional twice baked English style biscuits. Its texture is somwhere between the snap of a gingerbread and the crumble of a shortbread. Our chocolate bake uses rich cocoa powder to give a luxurious, chocolatey taste.

“I ordered this to cheer up my 17 year old nephew and he was delighted with it. Arrived on time which was great. He said it tasted delicious. Didn’t get 5 stars as I felt it was small for the money when I was sent a picture of him with it.”

“I sent this to my granddaughter as a surprise gift. During lockdown she has developed an interest in making and icing biscuits and this was to give her some inspiration. She was thrilled and thinks it looks too good to eat. I am also giving her your most recent book at Christmas and, hopefully, when things are more normal she will attend one of your courses.”
