A bit about our chocolate biscuits
Our biscuits are our own unique recipe, based upon a traditional twice baked English style biscuits. Its texture is somwhere between the snap of a gingerbread and the crumble of a shortbread. Our chocolate bake uses rich cocoa powder to give a luxurious, chocolatey taste.

I loved this chocolate biscuit, and I know I am a greedy one when it comes to biscuits so my only disappointment was the size of the biscuit considering the price paid

Love these biscuits!! Not only do they taste delicious it's such a great gift idea. As they're letterbox friendly you don't have to worry about the recipient being in and they get a lovely and delicious surprise

While the recipients were delighted I was totally underwhelmed by your failure to notify me of the three day delay in my orders reaching their destinations. Given the expense of arranging and sending, with an assured, guaranteed arrival date, for this not to be fulfilled was most disappointing. I understand the additional considerations around Christmas and the implications of operating in a covid secure way, but given how ‘on it’ you are in your presentation and proactive customer service, I would have expected a better customer experience when things were not unsurprisingly help up. To have been advised of the delay within your regular updates of my orders’ progress would have been both appreciated and reassuring. I’m advised that the end product was delicious, well presented and very well received.. but for me the experience turned stale by your crumby customer service. On this occasion the ‘100% happiness’ team didn’t fulfil. Great product and great initiative but you rather set yourself up to fail with your over-stretched promises.
