Biscuits ok, delivery not so. Paid £10.95 (later email from Co stated £9.95) for guaranteed date (special occasion), arrived a day late which was no good ! Complained and told 98% are delivered on time , I was the unlucky 2% That was it nothing further said or offered ! Poor customer service.”
