“I am sorry to send negative feedback BUT I was soo delighted to receive your cat box as a present last year I have been raving to people about you. The occasion arrived to order form you for a very special 60th birthday celebration and the gift did not arrive. I called, you cannot take calls, I emailed, you will rely within 48hrs! I did get a speedy reply to advise that you had had some issues but a £10 value would be added to my account for future orders. I asked if the gift was still likely to arrive and I was simply told yes. The ift arrived 14 days later than scheduled. It was beautiful and the recipients were delighted but I am not.”
