A bit about our vanilla biscuits
Our biscuits are our own unique recipe, based upon a traditional twice baked English style biscuits. Its texture is somwhere between the snap of a gingerbread and the crumble of a shortbread. Our vanilla bake uses delicious Madagascan vanilla to give a warm, sweet taste.

“The biscuits were pretty but unfortunately the service was so poor. On checkout I was offered the 'order by 6pm, get next day delivery' option with no suggestion that this may not actually be achieved. I didn't get any email updates on delivery or dispatch so when the order didn't turn up as expected I was left none the wiser as to when it be received. The phone line was too busy to take phone calls so I had to submit an email enquiry to find out what was happening. That took 5 days to get a reply and the reply was a very long email blaming Royal Mail for the delays, despite my complaints being that the biscuits weren't even dispatched on time and I received no email updates on any step of the process, which had nothing to do with Royal Mail. If the dispatch, email updates and general customer service was better I would definitely order again as the product was great.”
