A bit about our vanilla biscuits
Our biscuits are our own unique recipe, based upon a traditional twice baked English style biscuits. Its texture is somwhere between the snap of a gingerbread and the crumble of a shortbread. Our vanilla bake uses delicious Madagascan vanilla to give a warm, sweet taste.

“We have bought these biscuits quite a few times, and they have always been wonderful! We especially love the metal boxes that they come in. This time I was disappointed - these biscuits were supposed to arrive on Saturday 24th October, ready for our anniversary on Monday the 26th. They were not delivered that day, nor were they delivered on the next working day as Royal Mail had said they would be. I waited in all morning for them on the Monday, but as they had not arrived by lunchtime I gave up and went to spend the rest of our anniversary week with my husband in his flat where he works. I had a message to say that the biscuits were then delivered on Tuesday 27th. I got home today (Monday 2nd November) to find them, not in a lovely metal box as I had expected but in a small cardboard sleeve. I am very disappointed as these biscuits are so expensive, and usually worth the money - not this time I'm afraid. Ruth Selby”
