“After successfully using Biscuiteers on several occasions, I was very disappointed that the letterbox biscuits failed to deliver on time. I had placed my order well in advance and I accept that there may have been delays by postal delivery. However would it would be advisable for you to send out orders earlier to prevent this happening.”

I'm so sorry for the delivery arriving a day later.
Unfortunately Royal Mail are experiencing a high amount of parcels that they are having to deliver and pass through the system and are working with reduced staffing, which is causing a few delays.
