“I’ve ordered a few times now. Love the biscuits but I am getting a bit fed up with the constant emails of offers etc. It’s too much. Also I was disappointed with my last order, which I placed for a friend’s birthday. The biscuits arrived a day late, which I know is a postal problem rather than your problem. However, it has made me think twice about future orders. There is no point receiving a gift the day after a special occasion. The thought is important on the day, otherwise what’s the point.”
