“I ordered this on 29 december, and received a message from Royal Mail saying it had been delivered to 'you or one of your neighbours' on 02/01/18. I have not had an acknowledgement from my friend who I sent it to, and therefore wrote to ask if you could find out what has happened. I received a reply saying if it was urgent I could telephone a premium rate line which I have no intention of doing. This is a poor situation and very disappointing.”
