A bit about our all spice biscuits
Our biscuits are our own unique recipe, based upon a traditional twice baked English style biscuits. Its texture is somwhere between the snap of a gingerbread and the crumble of a shortbread. Our all spice uses delicous mix of spices to give it a warm and fragrant taste

Hi Susan, We are so sorry to hear this. We have spent a lot of time getting our packaging right so we can avoid breakages. On the rare occasion when our parcels are mis-handled we have a policy where we replace immediately, we certainly don't want anyone to be left with a broken biscuit especially on an important occasion like a 1st birthday! “For over £20 I was very disappointed at the quality of the icing especially compared to the photos I’ve seen online. The boy doesn’t even really have eyes and the dogs ears are very thin... I would return them but they are a gift for Christmas and worry a replacement wouldn’t come in time. Can’t say I will order from here again, what a shame.”

“Beautiful, enchanting biscuits in gorgeous packaging, as ever. But I'm sad to say for the first time ever with Biscuiteers, I felt ripped off. £22 for 3 biscuits and 2 teeny biscuits is just too much. I am a big fan of Biscuiteers generally, and often buy their stuff as special gifts, but I won't be buying a biscuit card again. It was meant to be a gift for someone, but I felt mean handing over such a paltry thing. Very disappointed.”

“Lovely unique product. My wife loved the Biscuit card. The Biscuits a very well made and the Hand icing is great I guess some might think they are on the expensive side but you really do get what you pay for with Biscuiteer products. and hey Christmas comes but once a year”
