“Hi. I’m a frequent customer and love this concept and quality, so I bought a gift for my mum on Mother’s Day. She’s never been treated to Biscuiteers and I thought she should enjoy the luxury and delight that everyone else is privy to. However, when I came to my poor mum, the biscuits were stale, no flavour, very disappointing. It’s a shame. I really hyped this gift to my mum and she was looking forward to it. The box was heavily damaged but I took no notice, but when the content didn’t taste particularly great. It’s a shame that I spent a lot of money for 3 less than standard biscuits. Very upsetting!”
