“Unfortunately the tin ordered to arrive on Maundy Thursday did not arrive. Royal Mail sent a proof of delivery pic to me showing a pile of parcels in an unknown location ! Message said delivered on 1 January ! I tried to contact Biscuiteers by phone but call cut off. I emailed and the response from Biscuiteers was that they had checked with Royal Mail and it had been delivered !
I have ordered through this company many times and am very disappointed with the complete dismissal of my complaint. I have asked to speak with somebody ..I still await a call. A waste of nearly £40 !”
