I am so sorry for the delay in delivery from royal mail!
Unfortunately, Royal Mail are experiencing a high number of parcels that they are having to deliver and pass through the system and are working with reduced staffing, which is causing a few delays. This can be longer during peak periods such as Lockdowns or holidays.
Again, I'm very sorry for the delay.

“Bought and sent as Mother's Day gift, I opted for it to be delivered a couple of days early, just in case there was a small delay, but it arrived perfectly on time..
