“Disappointed as a lot of the biscuits had dislodged and so as each layer was unwrapped, the biscuits were not in the right places.
Also, the icing on the bottom layer of biscuits was all cracked on all of the biscuits.
So for the price, it was disappointing that this was not received in pristine condition.”
“So very disappointed. Had ordered the biscuits as a birthday present for a particular day. Received no text on day they were meant to be delivered so I phoned up to enquire. Was told they wouldn’t be delivered that day because courier too busy! I had to arrange for a different delivery day which took away from the special nature of the gift. When I asked about what Biscuiteers would do to make up for the disappointment they offered refund of £6.95 for delivery or a £10 credit. I found that so disappointing - they should have offered full refund as failed to meet the order requirements.”
