“I ordered 6 items including the above - all for delivery on 16 December. 3 out of the 6 arrived as planned although I received delivery information for only 1. The 4th item arrived 2 days later again no delivery information. I have not received the final 2 items (both vegan options)! I realise you are in the hands of Royal Mail and I didn’t choose the specified delivery option as I assumed because I had placed my order on 1 December for delivery on 16 December that there was plenty of time. If they are not received before Xmas I will be looking for reimbursement.”
