“The two blinds ordered were the right size and look OK but installation was not well documented in the instructions, the mechanism of attaching the valence is flimsy and finicky, and the wands that rotate to open and close the blinds are very stiff.”

“The blinds are great. I did have one bent one when it arrived but it was at the top. I ordered silver sheen and boy was that a mess up. I didn't realize how silver they would be. Other than that, they are great.”

“From Order date to ship date is about 28 days ... probably average for custom blinds. Quality and Price is worth the wait - if only the customers we are ordering for understood that. Considering the times we live in now, I'm sure they are as understaffed as we are: and having a hard time getting materials - as we are.”
