I'm sorry you had a problem with your blinds. We will be happy to remake the blind with the incorrect tilt/lift positions. Please send us a photo of the incorrect blind and we will take care of it right away. There will be no need to return the original blind.

“blinds were sent by Fedex Home delivery to my Business, which made no sense and delayed delivery.I Had to call Fedex and have them change to regular Ground service. After installing, they looked fine, however the mechanism to release does not work. Blinds will not drop on their own, but need assistance. Have never seen that before. Normally you pull the blinds up, and set the lock one way, and release it the opposite direction and they drop, or should. These don't. Have since purchased other blinds for other rooms, and they work just fine. Will probably replace these with another companies blinds”

“Not please that blind width wasn't what I ordered. Blind was an inch short. If blind was not installed in a garage it would have been sent back. Installation would have been perfect if prior brackets had not had to be moved to accommodate to deficient in the blind width.”

I'm sorry you are not happy with your blind. If the factory made a mistake, we will remake your blind at the correct width at no additional charge. Sometimes, the mistake is caused by ordering the width based on the width you want us to make the blind. When ordering an inside mount blind, we recommend that you order using the actual window opening width (smallest of the width measurements at the top, middle & bottom of the window). The factory will make a width deduction on all blinds/shades ordered as inside mount. That way the blind will fit inside the brackets and move freely in the window. Either way, we will take care of you. If you need the blind made at a different width, we can reorder this blind at the correct size under our Fit or Free Policy. We will pay for the blind and you pay only $15 for the shipping cost.
